Who I Am
I am a humanistic and integrative counsellor, which means I trust in your innate ability to grow and heal, and that I help by offering you a warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate space that also supports you in coming to know and understand yourself better.
My hope is that you will not only experience personal growth and healing but will also find greater satisfaction, and meaning in your life. By moving towards a greater sense of well-being and connection, both with yourself and with others, you can navigate life's challenges with resilience and enjoy all the things in life that are important to you.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for 15 years in homeless services. In that work, I learned the power and importance of the authenticity and respect I brought to the interactions with everyone I worked with.
