How I can help most
Early experiences of emotional neglect can quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Many people grow up feeling unseen or unsupported, only to find in adulthood a lingering sense of loneliness, low self-worth, or persistent shame they can’t quite explain.
As a therapist I specialise in helping adults understand and heal these early emotional wounds. In our work together, we gently explore the patterns formed in childhood, how they continue to affect your relationships and inner world today, and what it means to build a stronger, more compassionate connection with yourself.
My approach is grounded, relational, attuned, and is grounded in trauma-informed practice. I offer a space where you can feel genuinely understood—perhaps for the first time—and where you can begin to experience new ways of being that support confidence, connection, and emotional clarity.
